I absolutely love the progress my son, Owen, has made in the past eight weeks at Train Unique! Not only is he getting stronger, but he also genuinely looks forward to every class. The coaches create such a positive and motivating environment, and it’s been amazing to see his confidence grow along with his strength. I'm so grateful for the impact this gym has had on him and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a supportive and effective training program with a unique approach!
From the first day I stepped foot (or rather wheel) into the gym I knew it was where I was supposed to be. I have a C5-6 SCI and am a partial quadriplegic. Wonderful place with the sweetest coaches and athletes. The minute you walk thru the door you are greeted with the sweetest welcome from Owen. There is always a positive vibe and smiling faces at the gym. This place is doing amazing things for so many people.
I serve 3 Ladies in the Lafayette Community and support many more! What Train Unique Fitness has brought to all our lives, will never be forgotten! This "unique" Training Program has not only brought individuals with disabilities longevity in mobility but has done wonders toward positive Mental Health. These Men & Women's support for their members is extraordinary to watch.
