Doesn’t believe hot water is a necessity. Would give 0 stars, do not recommend.
If you want to pay $1100 a month to not have hot water that you pay for this is the perfect place. Management does not care that I had to boil water to bathe in 33 degree weather this morning, I’ll insert the pic I took. I have not had hot water since Friday morning, my water heater has been barely hanging on since move in. They provide no compensation or even an apology. For a newer building you'd assume this would be a nice place to live but its one of the worst apartments ive been in, walls are the thinnest ever. Staff is rude they've closed a half our early and just sat in their car and hid so good luck getting help with something after work. Almost no notice when they won't be in (maybe like a half days notice at most). They will lock you out of your apartment. Everything is dirty. they changed our locks and locked us out of our apartment multiple times before our lease ended without giving us any reason. the property manager is nothing but rude and snobby when you have questions, refusing to answer them or get back to you. management above her isn’t helpful either, but at least when they do get back to you they’re sort of nice. neighbors are rude and rowdy and when you report it, they don’t do anything about it. honestly, you should pay the extra $100 a month to live in another complex instead of this... read more
