Amazing program and amazing coaches! I thought the reviews were too good to be true but they match up perfectly. The climber, rig, and bench set up make the flow of the class really balanced and leave feeling stronger and healthier every day.
Train Moment is a fantastic workout. There is a focus on strength as well as a good cardio section. The best part however is the coaches. They are fantastic and set a fun and challenging tone. I highly recommend Train Moment to anyone looking for a tough workout with a good community.

I’m very upset about my experience here. I booked a ClassPass event and arrived 8:54, but was denied entry because I had to be there 10-15mins before although the description said otherwise. I was told I’d have the fee waived but it was a lie, and was charged! Pretty ridiculous they could’ve just rescheduled me, especially since there was adequate time.
