I started with TFL because I was stuck. I was struggling to sustain what I was already doing and I wanted to ensure I could continue enjoying my active lifestyle, including adventure travel. The systematic approach to training really changed my overall strength, stamina and mobility. I’ve learned so much about how to work with my strengths, cultivate new ones and stay more balanced. I've been going to this fantastic facility for roughly eight months. I cannot stress enough how wonderful the whole staff is. Their unique approach—cardio warmup, mobility, strength, and a finisher—hooked me, and I signed up for an 8-week program, training three times a week. Braden, my trainer, is wise beyond his years, drawing from real experience. He and other TFL trainers, see my potential more than I see it myself, getting more out of me than I thought possible, or would ever get out of myself on my own. My st... read more
