The coaches are nice, welcoming and helpful. They really are here to help overcome any issues from Anxiety to nerves. even if you don't know how to fight. Because I don't. And I have the willpower. And I really want to learn. And I am great full for the patience they give me so I show respect.
I can’t say enough good things about Train, Fight, Win. This place is so much more than a gym. Coach LA and Coach Mike - the owners - are warm, welcoming, and very intentional with everything around the gym, which creates a community oriented, safe, and supportive environment. I’ve been training here for almost 3 years and I really can’t say enough about how much I love this gym. I started as a complete beginner and have now competed in grappling multiple times— something I could not have imagined myself doing when I first walked in the door!
