If you are looking for a place to sweat, get fit, feel good and meet nice people and train without any mirrors ;-) then this is the place to go. Rob and team provide a mixture of classes to suit everyone from beginner to advanced. It is a relaxed environment which welcomes everyone and the great thing is that you can really go at your own pace. Parking is nearby. Toilets are on site but no changing rooms. Highly recommend this place to work out and get fit with others.
