I have been a member of the Elite Fitness family for one year now, and it has been the best fitness club experience I’ve had. The classes are exceptionally well-structured to promote consistent growth, and the trainers bring great energy, making me feel confident and comfortable in every session. I always look forward to each class, and my consistency has significantly improved. Most importantly, I’ve seen excellent results across all muscle groups. Elite Fitness truly supported my fitness journey.
The community created by Rob & his expert team is second to none. A super friendly and dedicated group of top notch humans. It doesn’t matter where you are in your journey, the suppprt is there. No one cares about your weight or what you wear, non judgement at it’s finest. My only regret - not joining sooner. Excellent boot camps, strength, Saturday morning run club and yoga & I do believe you get a free trial. What’s not to go for?
Moved here after Christmas and has reinforced my buzz for exercise that id lost at my previous gym. No class is the same and you are made to feel so welcome no matter what stage of your fitness journey you are at. The team of trainers are amazing and will encourage you all the time. Ive never had the confidence to do weights at other gyms but here i have over come that and really enjoy it .
I’ve been training with Rob for 10 years and held a number of personal sessions with him over the years. Rob put empathy into his sessions and always has the clients best interests at heart. I highly recommend Rob for his experience and dedication to helping his clients achieve their goals. I look forward to the next 10 years working alongside him.
Rob and his team of trainers create a fun environment for you to train hard and achieve your health and fitness goals. Always on hand to help with added value and advice. Train Elite is a wonderful community and I am so pleased to be part of it. Without it I wouldnt have the motivation to achieve my goals alone
