Such a fantastic place to work out. Really supportive and friendly place. I’ve lost 2 stone in 1 year and in your 40s that is hard. Highly recommend to those who want a gym that fits around childcare. Sign up to a trial, you won’t be disappointed!

The instructors here are incredibly knowledgeable, genuinely helpful, and always kind. They know exactly how to push you safely and help you reach your goals. The members here are fantastic. Train Elite is the best small gym in Bournemouth. The trainers are superb. The classes varied and interesting. The social side is great as well but these guys train hard. Highly Recommend
