Waited hours in the rain for a bus that was never going to arrive with absolutely no communication from the company about what was going on and thus no guarantee that the following (2 hours later) bus would even arrive, nevermind accept tickets for a different bus. Ended up missing my connecting bus but being allowed to take a different one in its place and arrive at my destination significantly later than intended. No ac in station in New paltz, in the waiting area, needs to be updated. Increased prices for tickets but their isn’t AC during heat wave.
