New rules, more expensive, less quality, and more stress. The new people of the other sector who are gonna move have additional parking while we do not. I feel it is unfair. The 2 Trail Tree Village are more privileged, and we, at the end, are paying the same. Again, I feel it's unfair.
I used to think Trail Tree Village MHC was the perfect place, but lately, they've implemented policies that have made me change my mind. What used to be an affordable place has now become expensive and restrictive. The rent has increased significantly, from $400/month (which included water and trash) to $600/month (excluding water). On top of that, we're charged $120/month for lawn care, bringing the total to $720/month, plus water costs (which can add up to around $800/month).
