They are the best they are the most caring people I have ever encountered in the pet business!!!
Our cat Chopstick was like an extension of my husband in body and spirit. When it was clear to us there was a problem, facing it became almost impossible. When we finally took Chopstick to Dr. Galusha, he was so incredibly kind and thoughtful and proactively told us what we needed so desparately to hear - that we were good parents. I am so thankful that he helped to shepherd Chopstick over the rainbow bridge and could not have asked for a kinder, gentler person to do so.
All three times I have visited this office it has been with kindness, professionalism, and respect. During my last appointment I had to make the decision no pet owner has to make. The euthanasia process was gentle, informative, and done with the utmost care for my cat. Dr. Galusha is attentive, understanding, and made this impossible process more possible. Just started here, everyone was so nice, professional. Humans and dog alike were treated wonderfully! I would recommend this practice! Edit: just had an u uncomfortable conversation with someone there who told me at least 5 times that if my dog gets worse to get help. I told her NUMEROUS times that I take care of my dogs and have for over 50 years. She did not get it and continued to treat me like a moron. I will keep appointment but will be looking for a new vet.
I have been going to this practice for decades. The staff changes from time to time, but the excellent care stays the same. Dr. Galusha is the best veterinarian I’ve had caring for my animals. His compassion and sincerity in caring for my pets have made me rarely question his advice.
