We are retired and wanted to begin traveling with an e-bike in tow. We wanted the biggest bang for our buck and wanted to buy local, which led us to Trailside Cycle. The staff was helpful, not only explaining the workings of an e-bike, she took us out to the bike path (directly alongside the business) and let us test them out. If they gave an option for 0 stars I would have chosen that. Upon walking into the store Hans barked at me from the back ‘what do you want’, I told him I needed my daughters chain fixed, he yelled at me to leave it up front. I asked when it would be finished or if I should call later to check on it & he blew me off and walked away to the back. Stopped into your shop with a low tire after riding in from Lake Mills, on Sunday 6/16/19. Did not see anyone around, so I walked into the back of the shop and said hello, looking for an employee. A fellow came from the back yelling hello back several times that I thought he was speaking to another person in the back.
