Moved in and ended up with water damage and mold in our wall! We were relocated but during the move have to live out of two different apartments. Plus had to pay all the fees for the new apartment 😡

You need bug spray for your patio if you live on the 1st floor. I'm too scared to go on mine because of how many bugs are out there :(
