Bought a 3.5" bolt on lift kit direct from the manufacturer, ended up not having the time to install it myself. Took it to Trails West for the install. The went above and beyond the call of duty to take care of the truck. The attention to detail was awesome. They also stayed on budget despite taking time to make a repair and making a couple small mods to make sure my tires didn't rub and stay safe. This place ROCKS!!
Never again will I visit this place or recommend it to anyone. And here is why: They diagnosed the jeep and recommended changing out control arms bushings, track bar, ball joints and tie rod ends. I agreed to doing the work, left the car with them for an entire day 9-5pm and they assured me that'll be more than enough time to finish the work. Good, friendly people. They're willing to tell you to not get something if they don't think it'll look right.
I just bought steps,wheels,tires,leveling kit, window visors, taillights for my 2010 F-150. I went in to the store to order parts and found they had every single item in stock. I was pleasantly suprised by this and bought everything right then and there. Highly Recommended.
Looked around online and called around a few local businesses. Called Trails West and got the best deal I could find and received excellent service. Would highly recommend.
Over 25 years of business with these guys. Any problems I have ever had they have fixed or given me a solution. Very knowledgable and experienced.
