I put in a work order to have maintenance come and look at my garbage disposal that wasn’t working. Our tour at Redwood Medina was wonderful and the property is well kept. We enjoyed being shown around by Elisa, who was very personable, patient, and informative. She happily answered all of our questions and presented the best options for what we were looking for. My husband and I ended up choosing a different Redwood location because it was closer to his work, but our experience at Redwood Medina influenced our decision to stick with Redwood.
Unfortunately, I have not had the best experience at Redwood Medina. On April 8, 2025 I received a phone call from someone named Christopher in the Medina office stating that Four residence reported me for not picking up my dog poop. And also said that I would be charged $100 Per dog mess that I don’t clean up and that they were going to clean it this time but next time he’s going to have me come down there and clean it. talking to me as if he’s in charge of me or something.
