I reported a maintenance issue in the evening that my gutter appeared blocked and overflowed when it rained. The next morning Rocco and Cody were there, removed the gutter clog and even checked the other end to make sure that there were not more clogs. I have always had quick responses for the few maintenance requests that I have needed. Thank you! That is one of the perks for living at Redwood.
We called the office to place a maintenance request. Within a half hour Cody arrived to take care of the matter, then he proceeded to check the rest of the exterior to assure us that there was no further problem. Outstanding!
