Trailers were nice inside. The ground is sandy cant really have a yard. Cant grow vegetables because you cant protect it from deer (cant fence in, cant have dog run (its a fence...)High wind and lots of sand blowing in windows. Moved out due to all the construction and manager Ms. Montoya not the most pleasant or honest person. I cleaned the place (see photos) shampooed carpets with rug Dr. Waiting on return deposit and keep getting the run around. Ms. Montoya said check was issued and mailed date. Had to pay $80 to not even move forward with renting due to how unpleasant the manager Michele is to work with. She didn’t know how to do her own job and chose to be very snobby and rude with me about it. I really hope for the sake of the trailer park they find someone else to run it
I have been in several of these trailers and they are hands down the cleanest rentals in town. I see the city is going to pave the dirt road.👍
Dont move here. High rent, 100 dollar late fees and you will be snowed in on a dusty road.
