This place sux!! They was going to refund my monet because we left early & they never have as of Sept. 28, 2019. They are not honest at all.
RecommendedEasy access to everything, adequate parking right outside your door. Owners are friendly and attentive.
Owner is extremely rude and unhelpful. Walks away after stealing money off a debit checking account after room was cancelled by calling hotel and not online when nobody told us to cancel online. Cancellation was done by person to hotel on same day reservation was made. Refused to let go of a $100 hold on room never used, leaving us stranded in Dells with no gas to get home because of their hold when hold shouldn't be there. Pool was out of order when drove in to refute charges. playground area was not impressive. Very unplea... read more
Cozy family owned motel. The owners are very likable and helpful, and make sure your needs are met. Pool and playground for the kids plus multiple grills for cooking out of you want to avoid the costly restaurants. I will stay there again when life returns me to the Dells, which will hopefully be an annual trip.
