Randy was great. He took the time to explain and show me the bike. Instead of up-selling me he informed me when certain maintenance tasks will be required in the future. (Chain, brakes, etc...) he also gave me much appreciated advise of an upcoming bike ride I am planning from SF to LA.- thank you Randy !
Randy is amazing and reliable. I spent one year living in Irvine and commuted exclusively by cycling. After being turned away by a slew of E-bike only shops, I finally found Trail's End. I consistently visited Randy's shop for a variety of repairs -- punctured inner tubes, sliding seat post, chain replacement, crankset replacement, wheel replacement -- and he reliably repaired my bike for what I thought was very fair pricing. I highly recommend Trail's End.

Awesome!!!!! I bought a bike and took it to Trail’s End to be tuned. The results were fantastic!!!! My bike was well adjusted. What I liked the most was that the repairman explained everything what he intended to do to the bike. Thank you very much!!!
