Over priced, Roach infested ( at least 1 building ) bad. Pool was nice, floor plans are nice. Gym is good Build quality decent too. But roaches coming from seams from other units the second we moved in was a slap in the face. We've never had roaches before or since, it wasn't us. So many roaches I had to seal every gap I could find in the finish. We would meticulously clean every night and we'd still find them in weird places nowhere near our food.
