Just moved in a few months ago and I have to really thank Christina for being so amazing to work with. The entire move in process was so simple. The unit was clean and nicely renovated and any minor maintenance was communicated and handled promptly. The location is great with lots of parks, restaurants, schools, and shopping centers in the area.
No website??? If you have a website it sure isn't working on Google. Never seen an apartment place not have a working website. They also didn't pick up the phone when I called to tell them and to ask about apartments.
I have lived here for 3 years, and during this time management has changed 3 times. When I asked the office for some paperwork relating to my rental/payment history, they weren't able to retrieve any info from 2024 or before because "they use a different system". Management is not consistent, or very responsive. I have walked into the office and have been plainly ignored, I ended up walking out without talking to anyone. The neighborhood is nice and the apartments are decent enough but management needs work.
