Living here sucks!
RUN!!! I moved out of a Tricon home on August 17th, it is now October 2nd and I still have yet to see my security deposit check. I call every other day and they just continue to give me the run around. They keep telling me it is in the mail and they have no control over USPS. While that is true they wrote the check past the 30 day period that Texas required to be in compliance with Texas Property code section 92.103. Not sure if this will get to the right person but I have no other way of saying thank you. Today someone from Tricon found my wallet in the road and so kindly returned it to my parents home. I’m so grateful, and thankful. To know there are still good honest people is such a wonderful feeling. Tricon is so lucky to have this mystery man. My mom was in too much of a shock to ask any information. Just wanted to express my gratitude and let Tricon know what a great employee they have!
