This HOA is terrible!!! The pool is a JOKE! The traffic is ridiculous. Can't stand this area
DO NOT move in here if you love having people over or if you have a big family. They do not let you park on the side of the road at ANY time. If you do, you will be fined $500. EVERY time you have someone over you have to let the hoa know the model of the car, and how long that car will be on the road. Have a big family with multiple cars? You’ll have trouble moving and rearranging cars every day so you won’t be fined. Ridiculous. We are currently looking for another neighborhood just because of this.
