The is no zero star This apartment is the worst apartment I have lived in, the outside is clean but the inside is very old the floor as air inside and the paint on it. Every month your rent increased I hope I get my money back

If there was 0 stars i would give them that. They are very good at putting band aid on maintenance problems. Very quick to put the blame game on the clients. They will not even change carpet that has been in the apartment since 2019! Mold infested apartment yet you are supposed to stay there till the lease ends. They want to charge a transfer fee for wanting to move out of an apartment that has mold in it. Ladies and gentlemen that is Estancia at City Center. Even one star is more than they deserve. I lived here for 3 years and the maintenance sucked so bad. The worst experience I’ve ever had because they overcharge you and add unnecessary fees in your utility bills. Third class service because they wouldn’t respond even after countless calls. We ended our lease 3 months ago and left the apartment spotless clean. We were still charged $700 extra from our deposit. Everyone leaves for the same reason.
