My unit had many issues upon my move in and was filthy, with layers of dust on everything, cobwebs and brown recluse spiders. The office's responses to my issues/service requests are slow and sometimes completely unhelpful. I have needed a repair for months that they said required an outside contractor that they never set up and cut off communication with me about.
