Honestly love the property. The staff is amazing and the property is clean. ***update: Dropping from a delusional 5 stars to 2. The photos posted are of the model and the apartments I’ve gotten do NOT look like that. The countertops and floors and cheap and falling apart. After living here a couple of years I’ve grown very frustrated with this property. I wanted to shout out Cristel for being absolutely amazing during our apartment tour at Estancia! She was incredibly helpful, kind, and easy to talk to. Her energy was so warm and enthusiastic! She answered all our questions with honesty and care, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. You can tell she genuinely loves helping people find the right home. I toured Estancia at City Center today, and Cristal was absolutely amazing! She was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely made me feel like more than just a potential tenant. Cristal answered all my questions with patience and detail, and she really took the time to understand what I was looking for in a home. Estancia has very spacious floorplans, and I like that they have 2 pools! Tyler was really helpful and everyone seemed very nice.
