I call Estancia, 'The Resort'. Like every resort, it has everything from multiple restaurants, bars and entertainment within walking distance. It has an all-inclusive resort feel with pools, a warm and beautiful clubhouse, onsite gym, high speed internet, washer and dryer and the landscaping is always manicured to perfection. We love the quite and green and smoking free Estancia. It also has its own touch of aesthetics in the landscape. All the officials of the leasing office and support and maintenance are super helpful. Events arranged are sweet.

I've lived at this apartment complex for the past two years, and I've had a wonderful experience. From the very beginning, the office staff has been friendly, welcoming, and easy to work with. They made the process of signing our first lease simple and stress-free, and they were just as helpful when we decided to transfer to a larger apartment within the community. Thank you team, Estancia. We appreciate everything you do.! Your maintenance team is top shelf. Ernesto came over so quickly to fix my drain issue. What a polite, kind young man. I can’t say enough nice things about the staff. Tyler and Erica the leasing team are fantastic. The assistant manager is over-the-top professional.. Their manager is definitely on top of her game! A 5 star shout out to Grey star!
