I've lived at this apartment complex for the past two years, and I've had a wonderful experience. From the very beginning, the office staff has been friendly, welcoming, and easy to work with. They made the process of signing our first lease simple and stress-free, and they were just as helpful when we decided to transfer to a larger apartment within the community. I can’t say enough nice things about the staff. Tyler and Erica the leasing team are fantastic. The assistant manager is over-the-top professional.. Their manager is definitely on top of her game! I've lived at Estancia at City Center for the past few years, and it's been a great place to call home. The management team is always kind, welcoming, and easy to communicate with. Anytime I've needed maintenance, they've responded quickly, kept me updated, and gotten everything taken care of as soon as possible. Been a tenant here for a while who has never been served a lease violation, and has paid rent for years. Don't stay here too long. Eventually, they'll force you out of your unit, and offer to move you to another unit, and charge you 3x more rent money. I'm sure there's not a cent out of my deposit I'll be getting back by writing this review, but what they're doing to me as a longer term tenant is just shady.
