My unit had many issues upon my move in and was filthy, with layers of dust on everything, cobwebs and brown recluse spiders. The office's responses to my issues/service requests are slow and sometimes completely unhelpful. I have needed a repair for months that they said required an outside contractor that they never set up and cut off communication with me about. I had a great experience touring this apartment complex. Tyler was great to talk to, super friendly, and real with me. He went above and beyond to answer all my questions and gave me peace of mind that this would be a great place to live. It's very well maintained and within walking distance of Lenexa City Center and near Shawnee Mission Park. This would be my top choice for apartment living in Lenexa!
Honestly love the property. The staff is amazing and the property is clean. ***update: Dropping from a delusional 5 stars to 2. The photos posted are of the model and the apartments I’ve gotten do NOT look like that. The countertops and floors and cheap and falling apart. After living here a couple of years I’ve grown very frustrated with this property. I wanted to shout out Cristel for being absolutely amazing during our apartment tour at Estancia! She was incredibly helpful, kind, and easy to talk to. Her energy was so warm and enthusiastic! She answered all our questions with honesty and care, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. You can tell she genuinely loves helping people find the right home.
