Edit from original, they did reach out and acknowledged the frustrations and are sending me a t-shirt. Small token but the acknowledgment is a sign of a company that at least is trying to get better. Original review was 1 star - Their shipping team is riding the struggle bus. Ordered 2 door Bronco rack and side packs. The RaxPax came but the roof rack apparently went right back to their shipping facility. UPS kept notifying it was out for delivery. It was not. My wife and I have a 2024 Bronco Raptor (@bmasbraptor). We installed the TRMR roof rack along with the axe and shovel mount and rotopax kits. Installation was easy with the directions provided. I called and talked to Heston at Trailrax on more than more occasion. I needed info on mounting a GFC RTT, Alu-Cab awning, and a shower unit. He was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me get all the right parts and pieces along with great advice! I love the Bronco roof rack and Pak Rax! This was probably the easiest roof rack install I've done so far, and I love how easy it is to change the extrusion placements on a whim. Also, being able to still remove my roof panels is a huge bonus!
High-end quality product made in the USA. I couldn’t be more happy with the functionality design and looks of this rack. I spent many months researching racks for my bronco raptor, and this one checked all the boxes. Communication with this company is top-notch. I highly recommended Trailrax rack and their products.
