Super nice and informative staff to support their quality products!
I’ve had a lot of different roof racks on my vehicles, TrailRax is by far the best! Quality is definitely there. All the way down to the bolts, nuts, and washers. Very knowledgeable people that will definitely help your vision become a reality. Definitely recommend to anyone!
I recently purchased a roof rack for my Ranger for over $1000 and was disappointed with the quality upon arrival. The powder coating was lumpy and missing in several areas, and some of the holes were not cut properly. I contacted TrailRax, and while they acknowledged the finish was not up to their standards, their proposed solutions were unsatisfactory.
