Lots of annoying screaming kids that run around unsupervised, crappy washing machines that constantly break and eat your quarters, and lots of bugs everywhere, flying ants, roaches, etc. Had a water heater blow 2 stories directly above my apt turning mine into a "living jungle", and this was after they had recently been "inspected" for maintenance. This place was ok about a year ago, but now is terrible, take forever more that 3 months to fix something simple as a bathroom sink, here now you even pay laundry water and energy plus the ones on your apartment, and you can't have visitors with out first go to the oficce and ask for a permit parking pass, that mean if you don't share information of your visitors they can towe any car, it's just a annoying crap. �
Crap hole. Cock roaches galore, broken appliances that is taking almost 3 months to fix, was supposed to get an updated apartment but the day we signed the lease they said we weren't getting it, no reason given, we are paying the same for an updated apartment, not cool, parking issues. Poor service, rude staff.
Best would change the appliances more than Name. !!!
