DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT buy a TrailManor. Biggest financial mistake we have ever made. Customer service is HORRIBLE. Total junk. Too many problems to list, just please do not buy. Don't believe me, go to some RV dealers and watch their reaction when you mention a TrailManor. We did have a need to major repairs, the lamination was bubbling on outside of roof, factory had it picked up and their truck driver took 2 weeks to get back, in those 2 weeks they DESTROYED inside of our unit. Excellent folks that build a product that is unique and superior to anything else in its price range. All around great company to do business with!
We have had quite a struggle for years trying to get TM parts. But recently we have had a great success! It seems TM is finally putting a priority on helping customers. And April is fantastic at helping identify the right part. She is patient, professional, and diligent. We were able to replace our kitchen/bathroom wall rail and it works great. Thanks TM!
