After calling in at TrailLite just to fill in time as we were passing through Pukekohe we found the exact camper we had been dreaming of. Sam was awesome with showing us all around the camper inside and out without being at all pushy like so many sales people. Deb was also a standout with her extensive handover on the day we picked up our new holiday-home on wheels. We cannot fault the service and continuing support from TrailLite.
Buying our new home on wheels from Traillite was a great experience. Sam was an excellent salesman who showed a lot of patience and us a lot of options. Deb was brilliant too, explaining how everything worked when we picked the van up and a few days later by answering email questions with prompt phone calls. All and all a 5* (out of 5) experience. My husband and I recently purchased a new motorhome from TrailLite. Sam was amazing in keeping in contact with us throughout the process, helping us to find the motorhome that was perfect for us and arranging our trade in. The service at trailLite was outstanding from start to finish. Following our purchase Sam organised some extra additions to the motorhome that we had requested.
