Jeff and the entire Traill Heating & Cooling staff were very professional and were great to work with during the busiest time of the year. They managed to work extra hard to complete the changeover from oil to propane in the fall just after we purchased a home. It's good to know a company like this is around.
Traill heating just finished an install of a heat pump, electric furnace and new duct work which was complicated and lengthy. Prior to choosing a heat pump Jeff reviewed all my options (gas, propane a/c) with me. After choosing to go with a heat pump Jeff put me in touch with the company that performs energy audits on the gov'ts behalf and walked me through the process. The communication was excellent. Have tried numerous times to communicate with this group, particularly Jeff, all efforts unresponded. Be care if considering this group.
Avoid at all costs, the most unprofessional HVAC business I have ever experienced, we ended up having a reputable company come and fix their mistakes.
Appointment was made for furnace cleaning and then confirmed. Morning of recieved a phone call asking if this was the place with furnace in crawlspace. It was so we were then informed that service would not be undertaken due to this fact.They had been here before but we we now told the tech was too old to be crawling around. I had taken the morning off to receive technician. I will not be discussing a new furnace with Traill and will contact their competitor for replacement. Unimpressed to say the least.
