Jeff and the entire Traill Heating & Cooling staff were very professional and were great to work with during the busiest time of the year. They managed to work extra hard to complete the changeover from oil to propane in the fall just after we purchased a home. It's good to know a company like this is around.
Traill heating just finished an install of a heat pump, electric furnace and new duct work which was complicated and lengthy. Prior to choosing a heat pump Jeff reviewed all my options (gas, propane a/c) with me. After choosing to go with a heat pump Jeff put me in touch with the company that performs energy audits on the gov'ts behalf and walked me through the process. The communication was excellent.
