Always receive answers when calling and very friendly!
Our experience with Traill County Title left us confused and disappointed. We asked them to prepare an abstract of title for a land sale, and they estimated a reasonable price ($460). The actual final price ($495) was fine, too. The problem is that they badly missed the agreed-upon (and re-confirmed) deadline. They'd firmly promised *twice* that it would be complete by July 1, knowing it was for a pending land sale.
