I had a parts for trucks driver swerving in and out of traffic their past week on 200th. I phoned and gave their dispatcher or reception their license plate. The call was about 00:14 . They couldn't care less. No "could you repeat that" No. " I'm so sorry , we will speak with the driver" Just "ok .. thanks" If this is how you treat people who don't need your services...I would hate to see how you treat actual customers. I'd give negative stars if I could.
As per my experience, these people are super nice, very helpful & cooperative.
