Consistency from start to finish. Danny called ME on a day the shop was closed because he got wind of my busted rear diff on my 2014 jeep wrangler jku. Ordered the parts for me the same day. The turnaround on regearing my rig was less than 48 hours after drop off, which was awesome. He took the time to make sure everything was up to par.
