This place could have amazing potential but the customer service and cleanliness is atrocious. Spent hours to no avail dealing with talking to anyone helpful when our flight was canceled and we missed two days of our reservation- none of it refunded - and when we arrived, there were garbage bins unemptied, full of used tampons and wads of hair. Do not book Trailhead Lodge until they get a better property manager. Not Vacasa. I booked Trailhead Lodge apt 3110 and was very excited for our stay in less than a week. But I noticed when I downloaded their app that they said no extra children. I booked for 2 adults and we have a 4 year old, so booking a one bedroom apt seemed perfect for us. super nice
Very poor Customer Service. One wash cloth knowing 2 were staying. Clerk "couldn't" find anymore. Wouldn't take from an unoccupied room. Portable cooling unit. No way to run and sleep, blocked off balcony.
