Trailhead rocks! I’ve been going for 6 months now, and seeing and feeling the results. My son told me that his friends all say that I’m the most ripped dad. Of equal importance, literally everyone from the owners to the trainers to the other gym members are kind and fun people, making the whole experience fulfilling and motivating.
Been a member for almost a year, and am now stronger than I've ever been in my adult life! Great community.

Had a blast when I dropped in for a workout while I was in town for work. Chris was the coach, and he took the time to even help me out a bit with my front rack, which is awful. Other members were friendly and welcoming. I even got another workout in before the one I signed up for, and another coach spotted me. (Cassidy). Thanks Trailhead, will definitely be back!
Great CrossFit gym. The owners are very involved, and you’ll see both of them in the gym multiple times a week. That level of presence really shows how much they care about the community they’ve built. What really stands out is the coaching.
