I did a Drop-in workout this morning…Great CrossFit gym! Justin is a great trainer - he seemed to be everywhere, all the time, watching everything. He gave valuable tips on form, & is very encouraging. Definitely recommend!
I did a drop in while my gym was closed for Labor Day. Great open space with friendly coaches and friendly gym members. Also a great but challenging workout for the day. Highly recommend

Love trailhead. Classes are always dynamic, changing and challenging. In 6mo I have seen great results. All the coaches are wonderful, and I love all the amazing recommendations from Coach Jack he goes above and beyond to explain and give extra training tips. He’s helped me work specifically on some recovery and strength building and the improvements have really been impressive in such a short period of time. Grateful for the time and attention this gym gives to form. A real Gem gym.
