My wife and I moved to Golden in the summer of 2025. We have been members of several CrossFit gyms over the years and know that not every gym is created equal. We tried multiple gyms in the area and immediately knew Trailhead Crossfit was a place we could call home. The coaches are helpful and knowledgeable, the community is welcoming, and the owners keep the gym clean and organized. They’re always looking for ways to improve the gym. Visiting family for the week and dropped in at Trailhead twice. Great coaches and community/members. Will be where I visit when I’m in the Golden/Denver area.
Trailhead rocks! I’ve been going for 6 months now, and seeing and feeling the results. My son told me that his friends all say that I’m the most ripped dad. Of equal importance, literally everyone from the owners to the trainers to the other gym members are kind and fun people, making the whole experience fulfilling and motivating.
Been a member for almost a year, and am now stronger than I've ever been in my adult life! Great community.
