The shop itself is clean and inviting, with a well-organized layout that makes browsing accessories or grabbing essentials a breeze. Great shop and super friendly service.
Finally a shop where I can ask questions and get treated with kindness and respect. Professional bike shops can feel intimidating, but trailhead people explain a lot of things I didn't understand. They also tuned my bike and suggested to try a set of brakes that are safer stronger, than the previous I had. Super friendly staff, as well as the shop's pet Alaska.. I'd recommend this shop to friends and family
The worst experience ever, I stood for more than 15 minutes and didn't get help, don't waste any time here because you won't be helped
