I've been going to Trailhead for almost a year and a half and it's been absolutely one of the best things I've done for my health. I started with personal training and moved to group classes. They are great at helping me work through some setbacks (shoulder injury last year, occasional fibromyalgia flares) by giving me alternate ways of doing exercises if needed. I was super nervous about starting my fitness journey, but Trailhead Athletics has been amazing! The atmosphere is really welcoming and the coaches are so friendly and supportive. After a few months, I feel healthier and actually look forward to working out!

Really a great group of instructors and members. Everyone has made a point to get to know me and make me feel welcome. I didn't have any formal experience with strength training. Between personal training and classes, I've learned so much about good form, timing, and balance (both literally and in terms of exercises to perform in sets). What I like best is that everything I'm doing feels relevant to outdoor activities. Super glad to have started working out with these folks!
