The guys were dismissive and said they only repair bikes they sold, and they were weeks out and “behind schedule” anyway…. and let me walk out the door. Terrible customer service unfortunately.
I called the shop and they were rude and unhelpful. I asked what options were available for my budget. I was told only one option was available, and then they hung up on me.
Greet attitude, great service … even though I showed up with a road (not MTB) hub issue. Thank you for your help!!
