Purchased a new princecraft package. The whole experence has been perfect. They were very paitent to let me shop around for finance options to letting me be involved with instalation of accessorys. Thank you trailerworld brantford. Update after 3 visit to make a complaint of metal in oil and vibration they totaly screwed me over by not filing my complaints with mercury canada . Thank you trailerworld brantford. Edit Been having issues with my motor knocking metal in oil and have not had this problem resolved for 2 consecutive years and 3 service visits. Mercury canada has been notified twice. Proctor marine has agreed to resolve this issue. Don't shop trailerworld

Unfortunately very unprofessional and shouldn’t be supported, they have a very high turnover rate and blame the new employees. When everyone is the issue for so long you’d think people would take a long hard look at themselves. Insecure men on a power trip ( it won’t let me reply but unfortunately yes it is trailerworld I know that for a fact have a nice day)
