Bought a trailer from here A month The trailer jack stopped working. I called multiple times and filed a warranty. They denied the warranty and we’re horrible at communicating back to me during the process. I ended up having to pay for the Jack myself out-of-pocket, even though the trailer was brand new and replacing it myself horrible customer service.
They had exactly what I wanted. I showed up, paid the price as advertised, and was out the door with a new trailer. Could not have gone any better. Scheduled maintenance is included for the first year (or more, I haven't read the fine print but that's what I remember Sean saying).
