I had a mixed experience with Trailer Plus. First, I want to recognize Liam. Even though we had a misunderstanding, he was always professional, friendly, and willing to help. He treated me with respect throughout the process, and I appreciate that. Unfortunately, my experience changed when I returned to resolve the issue. Junk trailers! Purchased a brand new trailer and the 2 side pannnels came off about 400 miles into my trip. These trailers are junk... Warranty company only sent me $350 and I was quoted $1250 for the repair. What a rip off!
