I contacted Trailers Tasmania with some questions about a trailer I was considering buying which had seen better days. Just to see what costs would be to fix if feasible. Jamie emailed back asking if I could call him. He’d looked at my photos and gave frank and honest feedback. The cost of repairs just wouldn’t be worth it, and a rebuild would be very expensive. Thanks Jamie I appreciate your honesty and knowledge. Recommend for a trustworthy opinion and customer service.

Rarely do reviews but this service blew me away. Heading back to Hobart from Kelso when I noticed a loose rim chewed by the bolts. The first place we stopped was a tyre shop who did all they could to avoid getting involved - said it'd be days before they got parts, they hated trailers. But these guys were straight into it, recommended we get the 4 hot kids to the park, they sorted it out plus other issues along the way, and we were back on the road in about half hour at a very decent price. I don’t often review a place but, I called this mob to see if it was possible for them to fabricate an axle for my boat trailer with a length and certain hub type at 0830 Friday. It was welded up by 1030. You can’t buy that on Amazon. I also have no doubt that my new axle will outlive the rest of the trailer and probably the tinny aswell. Thanks Jamie who took the call and the fabricator who left a note with the bearing numbers for future maintenance.
Had trouble with getting my trailer passed for registration, I took it to the place I have my car serviced and worked. They had trouble with the new regulations and nocked it back.I had a completely new sub frame done and new draw bar. The told me to take it to Tassie Trailers. Tassie trailers looked at it and had no problem with the work that was done. They were very professional and friendly, it was a pleasure working with them. Highly recommended these guys.
