Ryan was a legend and so helpful. We needed parts with an emergency brake issue on our caravan with only 3 days staying in Launceston. Ryan went above and beyond when other business turned their back Ryan source the parts and got them to us in a sort timeframe. 💯 recommend this business
Went in today hoping they could help with a part for my trailer. They diagnosed my issue and had the part for me ready to go in less than two minutes and the guy was just awesome. Such great customer service and the part was dirt cheap. Some of the better service I've had in Tas. 👌🏼
I contacted Trailers Tasmania with some questions about a trailer I was considering buying which had seen better days. Just to see what costs would be to fix if feasible. Jamie emailed back asking if I could call him. He’d looked at my photos and gave frank and honest feedback. The cost of repairs just wouldn’t be worth it, and a rebuild would be very expensive. Thanks Jamie I appreciate your honesty and knowledge. Recommend for a trustworthy opinion and customer service.

Rarely do reviews but this service blew me away. Heading back to Hobart from Kelso when I noticed a loose rim chewed by the bolts. The first place we stopped was a tyre shop who did all they could to avoid getting involved - said it'd be days before they got parts, they hated trailers. But these guys were straight into it, recommended we get the 4 hot kids to the park, they sorted it out plus other issues along the way, and we were back on the road in about half hour at a very decent price.
