Special ordered a CM Tradesmen Truck bed from them. Signed a contract regarding install at time of order and deposit. When it arrived, I had it painted to match my truck. Then they refused to install it even after I signed a waiver. Store Manager and Service Manager extremely rude and unprofessional. Salesman was ok.
