We have lived here years ago, place was under different mngt.The man wasn't the best but by far better than this place is managed now. They neglect everything. So many code violations, health hazzards. Not fit to live in. No pest control, places have all kinds of unwanted bugs. Code insp. reported violations more than once, nothing has been done to upgrade and no one cleans up tge garbage laying around our streets. This place has gone to hell since Sandra Page took over as manager She wants to get rid of everyone and have nothing but Mexicans live here, the homes are falling apart
