I looked at hours of videos and reviews, so I took a chance and purchased a used Trailer valet XL. I definitely did what it was supposed to do. I moved a Timberwolf 39 TN destination trailer up against my garage wall with ease. My trailer weighs 9,800 lbs with a 850 lbs tongue weight. I highly recommend this product.
I called the customer support and inquired about if the unit was to get rained on by accident. Would it avoid the warranty. Customer representative advise that there would be no warranty at the unit got wet or if it was rained on by accident. So the quality of the project is inferior if it can’t take a little bit of rain Glad I didn’t spend $4000 on a doorstop
Excellent customer service. Very happy with my Valet. Saves me a ton of time moving my trailer. Team was very helpful with my support questions.
Very RUDE representation, why would anyone want to do business with them
Lucas was great. Had to troubleshoot multiple issues and he was easy to work with and knowledgeable. Through two separate orders was able to completely restore RVR3 to good as new. Damage was due to me running over charging cord which caused a shot. Have had for 3 years and still works perfect. Expensive but you get what you pay for. Will buy future products from them.
