Sent two welders to be repaired through Airgas. One was sent twice to only come back and told they work just fine and charged for both. After 8 weeks of waiting, same problems they went in for. Nothing fixed or repaired but was charged. Also, called QC and they said it was my electric and didn’t like the fact I called out their ineptitude on both welders having nothing wrong and sent back to me. Reading Bearing & Drive Solutions are wonderful. Russ was so helpful and accommodating with the installation of my new generator. The two service guys (Mark and Paul) were great. They installed my new generator, tested it, and removed and relocated my existing generator. They arrived at 7:45 am and were done by 11:00 am. Both men were polite, competent, and extremely helpful.
