Beware!! Twice I scheduled appointments with Bryan Jennings to perform trailer service in Federal Way. On both occassions, Bryan failed to show up didn't have the common courtesy to notify me that he needed to cancel. This is particularly frustrating as Bryan knew I had a substantial drive to meet him in Federal Way for each appointment. I reached him by text message after the first no-show and excuse was Covid. Exceptional! The highest quality craftsmanship. Highly recommended by Seattle Water Sports. I spoke with the owner who made the buying process simple. Sent over three photos and he gave me a quote for brake replacement and LED lights. They showed up on time and got straight to it. As we would expect from a 25 year old trailer, there were surprises along the way. But I was given options to consider. What I got: new axle, rotors, callipers, actuator, and lights.
