I was looking for a specific sized trailer, but wanted it to be all black. Many places had the size I wanted, but it was a two tone color. Trailer source also didn’t have one in stock but quickly told me they will get one there and within a week I picked up a brand new, blacked out trailer. Super simple process. When we get our next trailer, I will be calling them.
The price was great to start with! After getting home and trying the enclosed trailer out, I found that my machine needed one additional inch of clearance to back out. I called and asked if they could trade my trailer to a taller one. The response was sure. Bring it in. I not only got the taller trailer, but the price difference was reduced as well. I highly recommend Trailer Source.
Trailer Source treated me the best in all aspects of purchasing a trailer. They are amazing, especially Eric. Great people, they stand by their word. I highly recommend if you are looking for a trailer, my belief is you will be treated fairly and be taken care of.
Dude was so good to stay late with me as I was trying to make a last minute purchase to solve my problem of needing a trailer after my work one went down for a broken leaf spring. He didn’t seem annoyed and took the time to show me options and help me through the process. It was a positive buying experience
