Well, I have bought 4 trailers from these folks and traded one in on another. I have asked question after question over and over. Worst case was I had to wait to see what the MFG had to say. My personal experience has been great every time. And I am not a business. The only thing that has dulled my decisions has been the MFG situation thanks to the covid delays, otherwise never a problem with this local company, nor staff I have talked to. If I change a trailer again they will be my first stop.
I called to buy a trailer for my business. They didn't try to schedule an appointment they didn't even try to get any information from me. They answered like two questions and told me to call the credit union.... I called the credit Union and the 1st thing out of their mouth was. We don't do business loans so I hung up and I'm gonna.
