Emily the sales girl there helped us a ton. Calling from the other side of the state and not having good experiences in the past with dealerships she and the sales manager and everyone else involved were really helpful and stood up to their word. A huge thank you Emily for all the extra pics and questions you answered and everyone else... but mostly Emily.
We highly recommend Emily Spicer and Highway Trailer Sales! We had visited a few RV places and Emily was by far the best, most patient, and most informative salesperson we had worked with. Looked at trailers at multiple dealers and Highway Trailer Sales were the friendliest low pressure dealer we went to. They beat everyone’s price including Curtis, and we’re a pleasure to deal with.
I would highly recommend highway trailer sales. They have an awesome sales team. From Clyde showing us the trailer that we had looked at 1 year ago with no pressure. We chose to go back and he showed all the bells and whistles. Then to TJ that walked us through the financing paperwork. To Mike that did the final walk through and showed us all the ins and outs of the workings of the trailer. And to the lady managing the parts dept. She knows her stuff. Awesome team guys. Keep up the good work!! We love our Cougar!
The salesman at Highway Trailers was VERY RUDE! When he realized we were looking at something different than they sell, he totally turned. I have no knowledge in the RV world so when I asked a question his response was “can you spell RV”. Now I’m no Einstein but at that point I would not buy nor recommend this place. In fact I’d do just opposite, and refer people anywhere else than Highway Trailers!!!!!!
