These guys beat all expectations! I called them up on a Friday afternoon at approximately 3:30 PM attempting to get an appointment for the next week, and a rough quote. I expected to have to drop it off overnight. Instead, they were able to take me in immediately. 2 guys dropped what they were doing, and had the problem fixed in about a half an hour, and the price was significantly lower than expected. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Truly amazing customer service.
Dealt with Mr Nelson, a kind man who sold me the trailer that he consigned from a certain Mr Steve Smith, who stayed absent or hidden from sight. It felt like a shady deal, but I didn't have much time or chance to score a decent deal in a short time so I took it as long as he could DOT certify it. One month later the sliding subframe completely separated, apparently on a bad weld by Trailer Masters! It could have caused major damage if en route over the freeway.
