After having our 40ft flatbed breaking down and needing some warranty repairs, we called about 5 places from Tennessee to west Virginia to see if they can help us right away since we need it for work. COVERED IN RUST!!!! Bought two custom trailers from these guys. Waited a month and they delivered. They delivered them right after an ice and snow storm. Once recieved and everything thawed still one stacked on the other I went outside to clean them. Never been used still stacked as arrived. They are both covered in rust. Some places no paint even applied. Contacted company and they ignored me and put me off for 2.5 weeks. Sean, my salesman, was absolutely top notch throughout the whole buying experience. And has been available anytime I have had questions about my trailer. He took care of any issues I had and made sure the right people got the information when something was wrong. I will 100% buy from him again when I need anything to do with trailers.
Very Professional Trailer Sales Location. Convenient to interstate 65. They were genuinely helpful in letting me see their inventory, and others online that were available. What I wanted was not on their lot, but there were others available. Their showroom was very Professional and Exceeded what I thought that I would see. Highly Recommend.
