I didn't buy a trailer there unfortunately but I did get service done. Everyone was pleasant and great to deal with. The trailers looked amazing. Zach (salesman) got me in and out quickly. Very knowledgeable about the trailers. If you stop by, ask for him.

After having our 40ft flatbed breaking down and needing some warranty repairs, we called about 5 places from Tennessee to west Virginia to see if they can help us right away since we need it for work. After many unanswered phone calls and no call backs.. a " we can get to you in 6 weeks" .. we called here.. the lady on the phone, Chasity, said with extreme confidence to come on in the next day and they will fix us right up and get us on our way. COVERED IN RUST!!!! Bought two custom trailers from these guys. Waited a month and they delivered. They delivered them right after an ice and snow storm. Once recieved and everything thawed still one stacked on the other I went outside to clean them. Never been used still stacked as arrived. They are both covered in rust. Some places no paint even applied. Contacted company and they ignored me and put me off for 2.5 weeks.
