Bought an enclosed from there store in Tennessee and had a great experience. Well then since then they opened a store in cave city and I put $500 down on a trailer and at first communication was somewhat ok and then nothing. So now no phone call or follow up and am out $500. Not sure who dropped the ball but apparently someone got a $500 bonus at my expense. All I can say BUYER BEWARE
It is refreshing to deal with a business that legitimately cares about their customers. The sales team is top notch and the owner has a heartfelt appreciation for every customer.
