Kevin and Jenny are super friendly and have answered all my questions even now that I have purchased my RV several months ago. I was looking for our first RV and Kevin have walked me through everything. He even fix some minor issues like radio wiring and was always available to answer my questions especially on our first couple uses of our our RV. Thank you so much, you guys are the best.
Jen was amazing! She's very friendly, easy to communicate with and very accommodating. She payed attention to the options that we wanted and showed us the pros and cons of a couple of trailers We went in looking at one trailer and came out with a different one that would best suit our needs. Very happy with her customer service and advice!
We have been looking for our first travel trailer for a while and came across one that Trailer Mart was selling. Booked an appointment and went to see it. The staff was very helpful, informative and, most importantly, honest. As a first time buyer they showed me everything I needed to know, things to look for and maintain, and they answered all my questions and concerns even well after we bought it.
